We know what it's like to build a brand. We've done it ourselves.
Siblings Julie Guida and Scott Moller began Marketing Werks in 1987. They started in the home office of this house in beautiful, but sleepy, Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
They knew they could use their experience promoting entertainment events like the IceCapades, the Harlem Globetrotters and (Yee-Haw!) monster truck shows to help marketers reach and win new customers. So they sent a direct mail piece to 2000 companies across America, offering to bring their mix of marketing and entertainment to brands.
The bad news? They only got one nibble.
The good news? It was Hershey.
It's been a sweet ride ever since, we've been growing all along. Our Chicago office now employs over 160 full-time staffers, with a nationwide network of more than 2000 brand ambassadors.
