General Tour Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include: on-site event execution, event planning, product promotion and sampling, premium and product inventory management, field finance management, media relations, reporting, vehicle maintenance, driving custom promotional vehicles. Enthusiasm, flexibility, organization, good communication skills, attention to detail and professionalism are attributes necessary to successfully perform the tasks of the job.

General Responsibilities, Field Staff:

As a field staff or touring crew member, some of your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as a professional representative/spokesperson for one of America’s top consumer brands
  • Attending a variety of events across the country and providing a memorable experience to event attendees
  • Interacting with consumers to manage product demonstrations and engaging crowds with fun games and contests
  • Setting up an event set and maintaining a program vehicle and equipment kit
  • Daily and weekly reporting

General Responsibilities, Intern:

  • Becoming a valuable member of an office team, participating in meetings, calls and event opportunities
  • Conducting research to support new business pitches and client programs
  • Communicating with vendors and helping to order supplies and materials
  • Managing reporting materials
  • Learning and supporting the series of processes involved in experiential marketing such as field team hiring and training; event routing research; recapping

Skills & Requirements:

  • A vested interest in the marketing, advertising, public relation, communications, or events arena
  • Professional and driven
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Must be outgoing with great communication skills
  • Flexible and cooperative
  • Must work well with a team and independently
  • Must be willing to work some nights and weekends
